Without a proper address you can't actually 
run a business in real life. Similarly on the internet you can't have a proper business without a proper address and a website. For that you will need a web address and a hosting website. But nowadays most web hosting sites charge you more then the actual resource.
I have created a list of websites that allow free web hosting and no this won't include Wix, Weebly etc because I feel like a slave hosting on those platforms where you have limited functionality.
So without further delay here is a list of free web hosting sites which you can use to create and host free websites and attach a domain with it as well.
Freehostia is not a new web host and infact they had been around for many years. They are the best in free web hosting and the uptime of websites plus support is pretty awesome.
The only downside is that they don't allow attachment of free domains which means you can't use free domains with this hosting site and only paid domains can be attached. You don't have to buy domain from this host and can attach your own domain with them.
This web hosting also give you the benefit of free web hosting but the only downside was the uptime which I didn't loved but you can give them a chance and try their hosting.
Awardspace also gives you free web hosting but there is a catch. They also provide you with free subdomain meaning you can't attach your own domain without paying but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy free web hosting.
They are good but the disk space is low but can't be used to host small websites.
